Nothing sexier than tango in the afternoon. And getting a little "tango" in the "boca" is even nicer.

Genial -- cool
Barbaro -- that's also cool
Che Boludo! -- literally "Hey, Big Balls!" but used as an informal, friendly greeting. One shouldn't take slang literally, after all.
